Luncheon Club
The WRVS Lunch Club at Gwelfor Community Centre started in May 2004. It is successfully run by a group of wonderfully pleasent, warm and funny WRVS volunteers, who not only serve the food but do it with a smile. The lunch, and there is a choice of two meals, is always healthy, well balanced and delicious and consideration is always given to anyone who has to follow a special diet. The cost is £5 (five pounds) per person and for that you get good food and excellent company. Also, following the Lunch Club on a Monday, is the Senior Citizen Club. So on Monday, in Gwelfor, you can have a nice meal and then light entertainment in the form of, usually, Bingo. If you want to know more, please telephone or call and see us at Gwelfor.
