Morlo Angling Club

Hi, my name is Eddie and I am one of the volunteers in the Club and I have been asked to just say a few words about the club. The Club was started in 2008 to give the young people an another interest. At the present time we have ten members between the ages of 12 to 15 and we have meeting every two weeks and alternate these meetings between Gwelfor Community Centre and London Road Community Centre. At these meetings we do quizes, learn how to tie knotts etc. Anything and everything to do with Fishing. We have also had fishing trips and during the arangements for these various trips it was encouraged for 'father & son' to attend. At the present moment we have a few names on a list that would like to join our club but unfortunately due to lack of volunteers we are unable to take more on. Therefore if there is anyone interested in helping/teaching the young peopke as a volunteer please contact me.
